These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of sparkz-ai.com (the Site) and the Sparkz-ai platform (the Service). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sparkz-ai.
Sparkz-ai is a reporting and provider application management software powered by ClickUp.com. Sparkz offers tools designed to simplify data management and analysis, support large data sets, provide custom AI solutions, and provide data visualization and interactive dashboards.

Using the Service
You agree to use Sparkz-ai only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or the Service.
You agree not to:
access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to use
interfere with or disrupt the Service (including introducing viruses or harmful code)
copy, resell, rent, or redistribute the Service or any part of it
reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it
use the Service to send spam, misleading messages, or unlawful content
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk to Sparkz-ai, other users, or our systems.
Accounts and your responsibilities
If you create an account: you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secureyou’re responsible for all activity under your accountyou agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you upload, submit, or connect to Sparkz-ai.
By using the Service, you give Sparkz-ai permission to host, process, store, and display your content only as needed to operate, support, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for:
making sure you have the rights and permissions to upload and use the content
reviewing outputs, dashboards, and reports before relying on them
maintaining backups of important data (Sparkz-ai is not a backup service)
AI and analytics features
Some features may use automation or AI. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying results and making final decisions based on your own review.
Sparkz-ai does not provide legal, medical, clinical, billing, or compliance advice.
Third-party services (including ClickUp)
Sparkz-ai may integrate with third-party services such as ClickUp.com. Those services have their own terms and policies. Sparkz-ai is not responsible for third-party downtime, changes, or issues caused by those providers.
Payments (if applicable)
If Sparkz-ai offers paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout, in your plan details, or in an order form/invoice. We may suspend access for non-payment or overdue balances.
Intellectual property
Sparkz-ai owns the Site, Service, software, branding, and related materials. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sparkz-ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption).
If Sparkz-ai is found liable for any claim related to the Service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Sparkz-ai in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), unless the law requires otherwise.
Ending your use and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law.
Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
